PagePilot ("we," "our," or "us") is a LinkedIn Company Page management platform operated by Beachcliff Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in, we collect your email address and name for authentication purposes.

LinkedIn Data: When you connect a LinkedIn Company Page, we access:

• Organization profile information (name, industry, logo)
• Posts published on the company page
• Comments on organization posts (subject to data retention limits)
• Aggregate follower and page statistics
• Post engagement metrics (impressions, clicks, reactions)

Content You Create: Draft posts, brand profiles, feedback rules, and content strategy settings.

3. How We Use Information

• Manage and publish content to your LinkedIn Company Pages
• Generate AI-powered content drafts using your brand voice settings
• Display engagement analytics and performance metrics
• Facilitate comment management and responses

4. LinkedIn Data Retention & Compliance

We comply with LinkedIn's Platform Terms of Service and data retention requirements:

• Member social activity data (comments from third parties): Automatically deleted within 48 hours of collection
• Member profile data (names, headlines from third parties): Automatically anonymized within 24 hours
• Organization's own replies: Retained as they are the organization's own content
• Aggregate organization statistics (follower counts, impression numbers): Retained indefinitely as permitted

We run automated purge processes every 15 minutes to ensure compliance with these retention requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• With LinkedIn, as necessary to provide the service (publishing posts, fetching data)
• With AI service providers (Anthropic/Claude) for content generation — only your brand voice settings and content instructions are shared, never LinkedIn member data
• As required by law

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. API keys are managed through environment variables and are never exposed to client-side code. Database access is restricted and monitored.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Disconnect your LinkedIn Company Page at any time
• Request deletion of all data associated with your organization
• Export your content (posts, brand profiles, feedback rules)
• Revoke PagePilot's access via LinkedIn Developer settings

8. Restricted Uses

PagePilot does not:

• Use LinkedIn data for lead generation or CRM enrichment
• Create public-facing displays of LinkedIn feed data
• Sell or monetize LinkedIn member data
• Use member data for advertising targeting
